What is the difference between qualifications and which is right for me?

NVQ’s (National Vocational Qualification)
NVQ courses are the highest qualifications that are available within the Beauty Industry. NVQs are international qualifications and are accepted by employers in Salons, Spas, and Cruise ships all over the world. NVQ’s give learners the opportunity to develop into more specialised areas within the field anywhere.

VRQs (Vocationally Related Qualifications)
VRQs are nationally recognised qualifications based on the National Occupational Standards. They are high quality intense courses that provide you with the knowledge and skills required to carry out treatments in industry.

Non Recognised Courses

Such as beauty workshops and seminars, usually these are not certified, although in some cases a certificate of attendance may be issued for the beauty training you have received. Aspire is proud of sending all learners out with qualifications which are accredited and will be nationally and internationally recognised.

Aspire do not yet have access to funding at present, however there are many organisations that offer funding and advice, please see our beauty courses ways to pay page for links.
