Eye Treatments

Qualification: Level 2 Award in Eye Treatments (QCF)

Our Level 2 Eye Treatments course is designed to provide you with the knowledge & skills needed to competently shape the brows and tint the eyelashes and eyebrows. You will learn how to maintain the original eyebrow shape or to change the shape of the eyebrow if desired. You will also learn about different colour characteristics and the chemical process of tinting.

This course is often chosen with the thought to progress onto Eyelash Extensions, or to add to additional short courses to become a fully qualified Beauty Therapist.

Course content:

• Contra-indications / Contra-actions / Homecare / Aftercare
• Level 2 Anatomy & Physiology (relevant to studies)
• Eyelash Tinting / Brow Tinting / Eyebrow Shaping
• Case Studies / Tasks / Written paper for each unit / Portfolio / Assessments

Further Training/Progression: Eyelash Extensions, Make-Up, Waxing, Manicure & Pedicure, Facials, Threading, Tanning, build up a full Beauty Therapy qualification (build up qualifications to gain a level 2 in beauty therapy)

Career Paths: Eye Treatments Extensions Specialist, Work Salons / Spas, Freelance, Representative, , Train to become a fully qualified Beauty Therapist
